Police: Teens brawl at Half Hollow Hills Community Library in Dix Hills

Police say around half a dozen teenagers got into a brawl Wednesday at the Half Hollow Hills Community Library in Dix Hills.
It happened at around 3:30 p.m. and involved about six teenagers. Police say those involved left before officers arrived.
The library is located across the street from Half Hollow Hills East High School.
In a statement, the district says, "District officials were made aware of the incident at the public library after school today and we've asked their staff for more information about it. Our district leaders plan to meet with library officials soon to discuss the best ways to help keep our children safe."
