A suspected teenage drug dealer who police say injected some customers himself was arrested in an East Islip raid.
Police arrested 18-year-old Daniel Orlando following a raid at 40 Shinnecock Lane. Police say Orlando not only sold heroin, but he also injected girls on at least two occasions. One of those girls is 15 years old.
"He wanted to make sure his customers were hooked on his product," says Suffolk Police Commissioner Tim Sini. "He wanted to make sure they knew how to inject heroin effectively."
The home is about 600 feet away from an elementary school.
Police made another raid on New York Avenue in Huntington Station. Authorities say Kevin O'Neil and Diana Thode were arrested at the Huntington Station home, where police say they found oxycodone and cash.
Orlando and O'Neil will be arraigned tomorrow. Thode was released on bail and will be arraigned at a later date.
