Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a box truck driver who fled the scene of a crash in Shirley.

Authorities say the truck hit another car driving south on the William Floyd Parkway near Flower Hill Drive in June. The person in the car sustained minor injuries.

A cash reward is being offered for any information leading to an arrest. Anonymous submissions can be made by calling 1-800-220-TIPS.
