A Roosevelt man is under arrest after police say they discovered multiple weapons on him.

Detectives say officers were patrolling Grenada Avenue after 6 p.m. Friday for known gang activity. That’s when they allegedly saw Gregory Herrera, 20, standing in the road, blocking traffic.

When officers approached Herrera, they say they confiscated a handgun and loaded firearm.

Herrera was due to face a judge Saturday.
