The grandson of former mob boss John Gotti is seeking a shorter prison sentence for planning to donate a kidney to his sick mother.

Carmine Agnello pleaded guilty to fraud in 2024 for illegally obtaining three COVID relief loans totaling around $1.1 million.

He is required to pay back $940,000 and could face up to three years in prison.

His sentencing is set to take place on March 13.
