Police: Roosevelt man arrested in double hit-and-run on Southern State

Police say Kenneth Willis was driving a Ford Explorer when he hit a Honda heading eastbound near exit 17 and then hit a Dodge going westbound.

A Roosevelt man was arrested Tuesday in connection with a double hit-and-run on the Southern State, police say.
Police say Kenneth Willis was driving a Ford Explorer when he hit a Honda heading eastbound near exit 17. He then went over the guard rail and hit a Dodge going westbound.
Police say Willis ran from the scene and left a child inside the car. The child was not injured.
Willis turned himself into police Monday night.
Police say Willis was driving with a suspended license.
