A man is accused of committing a smash-and-grab robbery at the Broadway Mall in Hicksville late Sunday.
Police say it happened after the mall had been closed for at least two hours.
They say a security officer saw the suspect break open multiple display cases at the Ailin Jewelry booth. The man then grabbed what was inside and fled.
Anyone with any information is asked to call police.
