A Glen Cove man has been arrested and is accused of inappropriately touching a child at a day care in Westbury.

Detectives say Jose Rodriguez inappropriately touched a 10-year-old boy while employed at a day care.

Police say it started in 2016 and continued through 2020.

The 49-year-old walked into a Dunkin’ Donuts on Monday where the victim is currently employed. The victim notified police and Rodriguez was arrested.

Rodriguez is charged with course of sexual conduct against a child and endangering the welfare of a child.

Anyone who believes they may have been a victim is asked to call police.
