Nassau County police released a photo of the man accused of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl at an Oceanside pizzeria.

Police say 61-year-old Joseph Piccolo invited the teenage employee to his private office at Pizzaiola in Oceanside, where he allegedly gave her $200 and started to touch her.

Officials say the girl immediately left, told her father what happened and the family contacted police.

Police and the Nassau district attorney say Piccolo is the owner of the restaurant, but an attorney for Pizzaiola says he was a manager who was fired after the allegations surfaced.

Piccolo is charged with forcible touching, sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child.

Police are asking other potential victims to contact them.
