An upstate man has been arrested after police say he dressed up as a customs and border protection officer, carried a fake identification and had what appeared to be a gun.
The incident happened on Wednesday in Levittown at the K City Hot Pot and Sushi.
Police say someone saw Andy Kwok and reported him to police.
Nassau officers confirmed Kwok was not a member of law enforcement and placed him under arrest.
Kwok is being charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument.
