Accused driver held on $200K bail after fatal Nesconset crash that killed construction worker, injured 2 others

Police say a man is facing charges after allegedly driving drunk and crashing into someone's property in Hampton Bays.

Police say Matthew Buckley, 45 of East Quogue, was driving just after midnight when he crashed, causing property damage at East Tiana Road and Corwin Lane.

Buckley drove off, but was arrested shortly after, according to the NYPD. He's charged with driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an accident.
