Police: Teen bitten, dangled over fence with pit bull

 Police say a Hempstead teen is accused of dangling a boy over a fence until he was attacked by a pit bull.
According to police, Christian Siley and two others held a 14-year-old old boy over a fence where the dog is kept.
Police say the dog bit the boy's leg three times Saturday outside Cornell Street.
Siley was arrested the next day and will be arraigned on assault charges.
Police are still searching for the other boys involved in the incident.
The 14-year-old had to have stitches.
