A Sound Beach man is accused of driving while intoxicated and flipping his pickup truck.
Police say it happened on North Country Road near Tyler Avenue around 11:30 p.m. Friday.
They say Joseph Fiorelli was drunk when he struck a parked car and a utility pole, causing his pickup truck to overturn.
Fiorelli was treated for minor injuries.
He is charged with driving while intoxicated.
