A man is accused of stealing a car he agreed to buy in Westbury.
Police say Dave Brimmer said he was going to purchase a car from J & J Auto Sales on Urban Avenue.
When the seller went inside to get the vehicle's keys, Brimmer allegedly pulled out a gun and demanded the title and the victim's cell phone.
He was arrested a short time later.
