2h agoA Copiague man is accused of stealing several bicycles Tuesday from the Dick's Sporting Goods store in Massapequa.
Police say 36-year-old Michael Marte was not supposed to be in the store because it had a trespass ban against him.
Detectives say they arrested Marte as he was going into the store at the Sunrise Mall.
He is now charged with burglary and petit larceny.
