Authorities say 34-year-old Stephanie Warner was driving a Jeep Cherokee on Market Street in Mastic Beach when she crashed into a tree.
Warner's 6-year-old daughter was in the car. The child was taken to Brookhaven Memorial Hospital with minor injuries.
Warner was not injured. She is being charged with endangering the welfare of a child and aggravated driving while intoxicated under Leandra's Law.
