A car drove through a bank Monday in Port Jefferson, police say.

It happened at the Bethpage Federal Credit Union on Nesconset Highway around 12 p.m.

Police say the woman driving accidentally hit the gas instead of the brake.

She was not injured but one employee was taken to a hospital with minor injuries.
