Police say 19-year-old Yunus
Irwan walked into Da Smoke Spot on Merrick Road on March 6 and got into an
argument with an employee.
Police say Irwan displayed a
gun and shot two rounds - striking the victim in the chest.
Officers were able to track
down Irwan Monday in Queens
Irwan
is facing multiple charges including second degree murder.
