2 New Jersey residents charged in break‑in at long‑abandoned IBM site in Somers

Three suspects were arrested for selling alcohol to minors following a targeted compliance check conducted by Suffolk police on Friday night.

Authorities say the arrests included employees from Express Gas in Deer Park, Valero on Bay Shore Road in Bay Shore and the Shell on Straight Path in West Babylon.

Police say all three individuals have been charged with unlawfully dealing with a child in the first degree.

The suspects received tickets and are expected to appear in court at a later date.
