A second driver has been arrested in a deadly hit-and-run that occurred Monday morning in Brentwood.
Police say Jairo Carrillo-Perez was driving on Wicks Road when he struck an unidentified woman. The woman had been lying in the street after being hit by another car.
The suspected driver of the first vehicle, Luis Vasquez, was arrested and appeared in court Tuesday.
Both men are charged with leaving the scene of a deadly crash, according to authorities.
