A driver was arrested for a fatal hit-and-run Monday in Brentwood, police say.
Officials say Luis Vasquez left the scene after hitting and killing a woman on Wicks Road at around 5 a.m.
Police say the woman was hit by at least one other car before being taken to a hospital.
The woman has not yet been identified.
