They say Kazir Stokes, of Newark, and a 17-year-old boy tackled the victim to the ground as they stole the woman's purse in Taylor Park Wednesday.

They say Kazir Stokes, of Newark, and a 17-year-old boy tackled the victim to the ground as they stole the woman's purse in Taylor Park Wednesday.
The victim suffered significant facial injuries.
Both suspects were arrested on Millburn Avenue.
The woman's purse was found nearby.
