PHOTOS: Knife-wielding man sought for robbing Inwood gas station
Nassau detectives are searching for a man behind an Inwood gas station robbery.
New photos show the suspect who police say entered an Exxon gas station at 105 Sheridan Blvd. on Sunday just before 9 p.m.
The suspect displayed a knife and demanded cash from an employee, who complied, police said.
The man fled the scene, heading southbound on Sheridan Boulevard. It’s not known how much money he took off with.
The suspect is described as a man with a light complexion, 5 feet 6 inches, about 160 pounds, wearing white sneakers, black sweatpants, a black jacket, black gloves, a black face mask and a camouflage Yankees hat.
