Officials say a 91-year-old woman was saved from a house fire in East Meadow on Thursday.
It happened just before 10 p.m. on Vincent Drive.
Firefighters were called to the home and were told the woman was still inside.
Fire crews got her out safely before the East Meadow Fire Department got the flames under control.
No one was hurt.
