A new state audit is revealing that strains between LIPA and PSEG Long Island are hurting LIPA’s ability to solve risks and meet green energy goals.

The audit says the utility may have also worsened problems with PSEG’s call center.

It also found PSEG’s clean energy plans are lacking when it comes to the state climate law.

Meanwhile, another top LIPA official announced he is leaving the utility, just a week after CEO Tom Falcone said he was stepping down.
