NYPD: Franklin Square man killed in road rage incident in Manhattan

The NYPD says Roberto Velez Alvarez was driving in Manhattan Wednesday when he collided with a car driven by Andre Mosby.

Police say a Franklin Square man was killed when a traffic accident escalated into a road rage altercation.
The NYPD says Roberto Velez Alvarez was driving in Manhattan Wednesday when he collided with a car driven by Andre Mosby.
Police say Velez Alvarez got out and slashed Mosby's tires.
News 12 was told Mosby got back in his car and hit Velez Alvarez, pinning him against a building.
The 54-year-old died of blunt-force trauma.
Mosby is now being charged with assault and manslaughter.
