The incident happened around 12:30 a.m. on 104 West End Ave.
Police tell News 12 it was a two-person job. According to police, two people pulled up in a car and one threw a rock at the front window before entering.
The pair got away with various narcotics and medicine.
Police currently have no description of the getaway car.
