The New York Islanders paid tribute to the victims of Tuesday's supermarket shooting in West Hempstead.
The team held a moment of silence before Tuesday's game against the New York Rangers.
One person was killed and two others were injured following the shooting at the Stop & Shop location. What followed was a manhunt across parts of Nassau County to track down a suspect, who is now in custody.
The Nassau Coliseum is located less than five miles away from the site of the shooting.
