Multiple people were forced out of their homes after a fire at a Woodbury apartment complex, early Tuesday.
Fire officials say several units at the Eagle Rock Apartments are uninhabitable right now.
Flames broke out around 1 a.m. on Fairhaven Boulevard.
News 12 is told six units sustained severe damage.
One firefighter was taken to the hospital to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Nassau County Fire Marshal’s Office.
