The murder trial of the couple accused of killing 8-year-old Thomas Valva could be delayed, according to Newsday.
Newsday reports that the proceedings against Michael Valva and his ex-fiancée Angela Pollina may not start until January because of COVID-19 concerns.
A ruling on the matter should come in less than two weeks.
Prosecutors say Thomas Valva died of hypothermia after being forced to sleep in a freezing garage last year.
