The MTA has voted to approve its controversial congestion pricing plan.
The plan will cost drivers at least $15 to drive below 60th Street in Manhattan. Larger vehicles could pay more.
The toll will not apply to the Hampton Jitney or private bus operators.
The MTA hopes to start collecting the congestion pricing fees in June.
