Officials say two more Long Island Rail Road retirees have been convicted of disability fraud.
Former conductor Michael Costanza, of Merrick, and former train maintenance foreman Frederick Catalano, of Nesconset, were convicted of conspiracy and fraud today.
Prosecutors have charged 33 doctors, consultants and retirees with being part of the scam to rip off the federal Railroad Retirement Board.
The convictions bring the number of people who've pleaded guilty or been convicted to 33.
