Police have released pictures of a man they say assaulted a woman in Islandia.

The incident happened on Dec. 20 around 8 p.m.

Police say the man assaulted the victim in the woods behind the Walmart on Veterans Highway.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for information that leads to an arrest.
