A man is wanted for punching a mother in the face in front of her children in Bellport.
Police say the man was riding an electric scooter when he followed the victim from Station Road to Farber Drive on Sunday.
The 45-year-old woman pulled into a parking lot. The man banged on her window.
The woman got out, and police say he punched her.
Police say the man is known to ride the scooter in Bellport and also on the Long Island Expressway.
Police are offering a cash reward to anyone who can identify him.
