The man suspected of shooting a stray bullet that grazed a 4-year-old in Long Beach was arrested without incident late Friday night, according to Long Beach police.
Authorities say 20-year-old Obe Isaac, of Long Beach, missed his intended target during the afternoon shooting in the Channel Park Homes.
At least one round went through a door and the wall of an apartment and grazed the child's ear.
The boy was treated at Nassau University Medical Center and is expected to be OK.
According to Sgt. Richard DePalma, Isaac was arrested across the street from where the incident took place.
