A Huntington Station man pleaded not guilty Tuesday to touching himself in a grocery store parking lot.
Ricardo Reyes-Benitez was arraigned on a public lewdness charge Tuesday morning.
As News 12 has reported, the 28-year-old allegedly touched himself in front of a woman in the Stop and Shop parking lot Monday morning.
Prosecutors requested Reyes Benitez's bail be set at $1,000. A judge set it at $100.
Reyes-Benitez is due back in court next month.
