Long Island Restaurant Week highlights: Fifth Season, Ruvo, Wave Seafood and Steak, The Club

Long Island Restaurant Week is underway, and every day this week News 12 will highlight participating restaurants. Today we go to the Suffolk County's north shore to highlight restaurants in Port Jefferson that are offering a three course meal for $35.
Fifth Season prides itself on fresh and local ingredients. Their Restaurant Week menu includes Roasted Crystal Valley Farm all-natural chicken breast and house made potato gnocchi. They also have vegetarian options.
Ruvo offers a rustic feel and trendy Italian cuisine. Their seasonal starter is roasted butternut squash soup and their entree for the week is smoked pork chop. A dessert favorite is their brioche bread pudding with sweet pumpkin.
Wave Seafood and Steak at Danford's offers waterfront dining. It has barbecued glazed island salmon on their Restaurant Week menu.
The Club, a Public Steakhouse at The Waterview at the Port Jefferson Country Club, recently opened. It is offering steaks along with stunning views of the Long Island Sound.
Long Island Restaurant Week runs through Sunday.
