Long Beach shooting victim dies from his injuries
Long Beach police tell News 12 the victim identified as 37-year-old Humberto Manuel Francis Hernandez, of St. Albans, was shot in the vestibule area just inside the front door of 425 E. Broadway around 2:30 a.m. on March 19.

Long Beach police tell News 12 the victim identified as 37-year-old Humberto Manuel Francis Hernandez, of St. Albans, was shot in the vestibule area just inside the front door of 425 E. Broadway around 2:30 a.m. on March 19.
Police say the gunman took off and still hasn't been caught.
