An Oceanside man was charged with murder for an act of road rage that happened in Queens, prosecutors say.
Jordan Rosen is accused of running over a man on a motorcycle on April 5. William McField, of Astoria, was on the motorcycle that burst into flames and was killed.
Officials say it happened after Rosen’s vehicle and McField’s motorcycle came into contact on an exit ramp on the Long Island Expressway. Rosen then pursued McField.
Rosen is in police custody until at least Monday.
News 12 reached out to Rosen’s attorney but has not heard back.
