A special meeting is scheduled Tuesday night to vote on a proposed $95 million budget in Long Beach.
The outcome could mean a more than 12 percent property tax hike, or $400 more each year, for each Long Beach home.
The Long Beach City Council says they are trying to close a $4.5 million budget hole.
The meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m.
