A Lindenhurst man was convicted Friday of sexually abusing his two daughters ages eight and 12.
The 42-year-old's identity is being withheld to protect his children.
Prosecutors say both daughters told their mother about the abuse.
Following his arrest, the father wrote a letter to the mother apologizing for what he did.
He's scheduled to be sentenced next month and is facing 32 years in prison.
