Pop star Justin Timberlake has pleaded not guilty to driving while intoxicated in Sag Harbor in June.

The singer made a virtual appearance Friday while he is on tour in Europe.

Timberlake’s attorney said he was not driving drunk and also claims there was an issue with police paperwork.

Prosecutors filed newly signed paperwork last month.

Timberlake’s license was suspended. His next hearing is set for next Friday.
