The case against the woman accused of killing an anti-gang activist in Brentwood in 2018 is headed back to court as prosecutors gear up for a retrial.
Ann Marie Drago was found guilty of driving over and killing Evelyn Rodriguez during an argument. However, a state appeals court overturned the 2020 verdict.
