There was a special Christmas surprise for children at Cohen Children's Hospital - the New York Islanders dropped off gifts ahead of the holidays!

“This is a special one obviously, you know kids and families going through tough times. Especially around this time of the year, you know to be able to spread some joy and you know see the kids and put a smile on their face means a lot to us. I'd say this is one we all look forward to the most," said Matt Martin, of the New York Islanders.

The Islanders visited Cohen's among a handful of other local hospitals to give away the presents and meet the kids as well as the hard-working staff
