Users will now have access to new emojis including a pair of gender-neutral images, including "person with crown" and "pregnant man."

They also have a melting face, heart hand and nest with eggs.

The handshake emoji now has 25 new skin tones.

All right, let's take a look at our hyper local forecast here tonight. This is me. I just hope right here with us in studio. Hope. I mean, as we sit here, it's a great time. If you got to get out there and do get some shopping done or you know, enjoy some of the holiday activities, but you got to definitely bundle up a little bit. Yeah, you know, today was a very cold day compared to yesterday, we got spoiled with highs in the fifties. Today were back down to the mid forties across the borough. So whether you were in class and Point Fordham or City Island, we saw temperatures near 44 degrees. Now, this is where we're going tomorrow afternoon, the chilly breeze will take us throughout the day. Highs will be in a low for so a few degrees cooler, it will be in seasonally cold. Even through our Thursday lows will be in the twenties and thirties. So this is what you need to prepare for Wednesday night into Thursday morning. Feel like temperatures will be in the twenties and thirties throughout the day on Thursday. But heading into tomorrow morning still very cold start with temperatures in the mid to upper thirties. A mostly cloudy sky, the clouds will really just be sticking around for the majority of the day, not going to experience that sunshine and temperatures will be in the low forties. So again, it is going to feel cooler because of those brisk northerly winds that's going to take us throughout the day. On our Wednesday, we clear out a little bit on Wednesday night, that is going to allow temperatures to fall to near 29 degrees, feeling like the low twenties by Thursday morning. So the heavier coat your entire winter gear will be needed. Now Thursday afternoon can't rule out a few flurries possible that is associated with a Clipper system to our west. Looks like mainly north and west of our areas should see some snow while we may see a rogue flurry. So don't be surprised if you see some of those festive in terms of Friday. Finally turning things around, seeing temperatures climbing into the low fifties, even milder heading into the weekend, the pick of the week will be on Saturday. Wait until you see exclusive 10 day Sunday just start off dry. But this is what we're watching. The storm system will bring us some rain and even some gusty winds, maybe even some embedded thunderstorms when all is said and done. So that's going to be the next day that we need to watch

With Michelle once again. Now we got a cold night again ahead Michelle. We do that festive feel is here, December, definitely feeling like winter. All we need is snow, right? And there could be a little bit of that developing tomorrow afternoon. Maybe some flurries flying through our skies, but mainly uh clouds and some sunshine and temperatures that are just running well below average 32 in the morning. But feeling like the twenties and stopping at 41 in the afternoon, 41 feeling more like 31 at times. So here's what we're dealing with. The next few mornings are going to be very cold. The coldest start will be Thursday morning where the feels like temperatures will be down around 19 degrees. So make sure you are ready, make sure the kids are ready. You'll definitely need to layer it up with heaviest winter coats again. We're gonna keep it just rain coming on down. Although you may see a flurry or two for portions of Wednesday afternoon, Thursday afternoon, but that's it, a flurry or two. We do have a pretty much substantial rain chance coming our way for Sunday. As once again, like this past weekend, we deal for split weekend, Saturday looking nicer than Sunday's time frame. And so Sunday may be along the stormy side, but Wednesday and Thursday coming on up feeling colder but staying mainly dry overnight. It's a light breeze with a continued chill in the air. Here's what we can be anticipating for Sunday. We have an area, blood pressure pushing upward in towards the northeast that allows more moisture to be pulled this way and some gusty winds will start to build on in for Sunday afternoon in through Sunday evening. Once this front passes us by, by early Monday morning, we're talking about pre dawn, we'll get some colder air to come rushing on in drier air as well. So we'll shut down that rain chance that you'll be dealing with potentially if you're out and about very early in the morning. But overnight tonight, it's mostly cloudy skies, temperatures cooling down towards the mid thirties, maybe feeling in the upper twenties and a few spots whenever you do get a light breeze to come on through. The reason why it's cloudy. Hope we got a system down towards our south and west that's heading on down towards the Mid Atlantic States. So we're not seeing any of this precipitation coming on through, but we are dealing with the cloud cover coming on in overhead. So later on tonight, 845 cloudy skies, there's that Florida too in the Catskills, same thing as you go out in towards tomorrow morning. Then by tomorrow afternoon, some sunny breaks are possible, West Point, you may see a flurry of two in towards three o'clock. And then by Wednesday evening, we're clearing out those skies temperatures though, hanging out in the low twenties and unfortunately getting a little bit colder than that. So moving on in past Wednesday into Thursday, we see our high temperatures struggling to get up into the upper thirties, Friday. Much better by comparison, upper forties. Saturday's the pick of the week. 54 degrees poly cloudy skies get out and enjoy before rainy, windy conditions arrive on Sunday.

Hopefully you can enjoy it. Check out the sunrise this morning doesn't exactly look cold, but it was a cold start to the day. Still quite a few people out on the boardwalk, enjoying the nice weather and the fresh air that was by Andre Navarro. A fantastic photo. What you can expect overnight is temperatures near 30 degrees. It's cold but it's quiet. Tomorrow, we get up to about 41 some sun in the morning. A couple of clouds in the afternoon just with the cold air in place. A storm is passing to our south that might bring in a very brief Sprinkle or flurry. I think the best chance for that is around the east end. So most of you will end up staying dry and the cold will kind of settle in for the next two days. So 6 1535 Glen Cove, 36 in Medford. You see through the day, we kind of a hard time getting to 40 degrees. We'll do it briefly. Skies will clear at night. Thursday, we'll start off with some sun again. We are in the twenties to near 30 but not much of a wind. So it won't feel that bad. And in the afternoon trying to get up to 40 you do see that extra cloud cover around with the cold air. Now, by Friday skies are clearing, we get more of a southwest wind and temperatures begin to warm up. So Friday afternoon will be nice and seasonable. We hit about 50 Saturday sunny skies around the tri state temperatures in the low to mid fifties. So definitely that mild feel and then our weather will change late Sunday. So the good news is now that most of Sunday will be dry. The rain is trending later in the day. This is four o'clock rains on our doorstep. Most of this wet weather is not going to come through um until even after eight o'clock. So this is more of a Sunday evening, Sunday night thing and the rain will clear by Monday morning. So it's fast moving, but when the front passes by, it will be windy. So just kind of keep that in mind if you're going to be traveling. So cold weather will settle in for tomorrow and Thursday temp me 4050 sat uh Friday, Saturday looks amazing. There's that rain on Sunday with highs near 60 will clear out and get back to cooler weather for next week.

Prohibition. Now, let's get a check of what's heading our way. Not the cold is here and it's gonna get worse. Yeah, we're gonna see the chill kind of rolling back in. It's, it's a little bit more of a December, like, feel to the air. We're not going to be looking at anything record breaking. We're not looking at any big storms until maybe the end of the weekend. Your daytime, high temperatures today, we're in the lower forties. This is about four or five degrees cooler than where they should be for this time of year. And we're going to look for a similar forecast again for tomorrow. Mainly cloudy skies, thirties and lower forties across the area. We're already at the freezing mark in Sussex County, keeping an eye on some sprinkles kind of showing up over towards the Salem County, Cumberland County area. A little bit more in the way of light but measurable precipitation there in Maryland over towards Baltimore. And you have to get out to the Poconos where we're looking at some snow showers. None of this is really materializing for us just yet. The whole system is going to continue to move off of the Virginia North Carolina border and then steer offshore. It's too far out to see to be a big problem for us, but it could drag in enough cold air and a little bit of instability off of the lakes where we might be seeing some flakes. 41 right now, dropping down into the mid thirties as we head into the overnight hours. Again, the best opportunity to see some wet weather or maybe even some wintry weather, probably going to happen at some point, maybe late Wednesday night, going into early Thursday, Friday is the best day of the week. We're going to keep an eye on Sunday with rain and wind. I'll have more details on the forecast coming right up.
