Hudson Valley veterans get special send-off en route to DC WWII monument for 'Honor Flight' trip

A group of Hudson Valley veterans are making their way to the nation's capital for special "Honor Flight" trip at no cost to them or their families.
Local nonprofit Hudson Valley Honor Flight schedules the trips to the WWII monument in Washington several times a year.
The flights leave out of Stewart International Airport and Westchester County Airport.
The group is looking for new donors to help make future trips possible. More information can be found on their website.
