A Hempstead teen has been arrested on accusations of murder.

Police say Denis Gutierrez-Marcos, 18, shot two people on High Street in September. One of the victims died.

The victim was identified as Edwin Guerrero, 22, of Hempstead.

Gutierrez-Marcos is facing several charges -- including murder, attempted murder and assault.
