A driving instructor from Hauppauge pleaded not guilty Sunday to forcibly touching one of his female students.
Police say the defendant worked at the Fitzgerald's Driving School in North Babylon.
"I intend to represent Mr. Stecker vigorously against these allegations," says attorney Powers Law at at First District Court in Central Islip on Sunday.
Prosecutors say the 72-year-old convinced a female student to take a break from driving and then inappropriately touched her in the backseat.
Stecker has since been released on GPS monitoring and is due back in court on Tuesday.
