Police: Hauppauge driving instructor inappropriately touched female student during lesson

A driving instructor from Hauppague was arrested Saturday after police say he inappropriately touched a female student during a lesson.
Investigators say 72-year-old Arnold Stecker, of the Fitzgerald Driving School, inappropriately touched the 20-year-old while they were stopped on Kenilworth Drive on Tuesday around 8:30 p.m.
Stecker was charged with forcible touching.
News 12 reached out to the driving school for comment but had not heard back as of Saturday night.
Stecker is scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on Sept. 15.
Detectives are asking anyone who believes they are a victim to call the Suffolk County Police Second Squad at 631-854-8252.
