A former group home worker was sentenced to 2 ½ years in prison for raping a teenage resident.

Ovzie Cannon pleaded guilty to raping the 15-year-old at the Brentwood Residential Center in Dix Hills.

Prosecutors say Cannon confessed to giving the girl edibles before abusing her.

Cannon had been assigned to monitor the victim's room.
